Who we are, is where we've been...
Both born and raised in Humboldt County Tom and Donna truly love the community they serve. As high school sweethearts, Tom and Donna married in their early twenties and began a family. Donna worked at the local drug store while Tom was employed in the automotive industry. With Tom being in a wheelchair for many years Tom and Donna struggled with all the different insurance carriers and found it hard to find help and get what they paid for - -insurance. It was this struggle and 'learning the hard way' that brought Tom and Donna to open and insurance office and grow into the exceptional insurance agents they are today.
Now with a successful business of over 10 years, their three children are grown, their dogs are spoiled and they pour their heart and soul into everything they do. They continually show support for the community by donating to (but not limited): Fortuna High School Safe and Sober, Fortuna Chamber of Commerce, Fortuna Kiwanis, Humboldt Association of Realtors, Fortuna Volunteer Fire Dept., Eel River Valley Sports teams, Relay for Life, RiverLife Foundation, College of the Redwoods....

Both family owned and operated with our daughter Mandi Ross we have been able to do anything. Working in the business since her high school graduation in 2005 she has learned insurance in ways that still amaze us. With her property and casualty license as well as her life and health, she can sell insurance for anything our clients bring through the door.
Heidi Ritchey joined our team in September 2010 with her insurance license in property and casualty as well as her life and health. Heidi is able to sell policies from cars to vacation homes and everything in between. Shortly after joining our wonderful team Heidi also became a Notary Public and can handle anything that comes her way.
Brenda Syverson 
came to us in January 2011 as our professional receptionist. If you have a question about your bill or need to file a claim, Brenda is the person you want to call. She has worked many miracles for our clients and listens to what you actually say.
